I have completed reviews about Dr. Thomas Elanjithara and the Caludon Centre with iwantgreatcare.org and have found that I had to complete these reviews twice before receiving a verification link. Apparently, I have to wait for a review before my review is published. This seems to be quite unusual, and I have not experienced this sort of thing before. I am still waiting to see whether my reviews have been published.
I noticed that there was a very negative review of the Caludon Centre by a carer of a patient. There was an option to click below on whether you found the review helpful or not. 14 people said that they found this review helpful. I tried to add to this count, but my 'click' didn't register. I have asked Debbie Longshaw about this from iwantgreatcare.org and she said that she would get back to me. She hasn't.
I have since heard from Debbie Longshaw from iwantgreatcare.org. She has informed me that my reviews have been deleted because they contravened the terms and conditions of the site. I have since read the terms and conditions and the rules and regulations. I feel that doctors and hospitals are very much protected from receiving negative reviews by the terms and conditions of the site. I have asked Debbie Longshaw for an example of a review where a person has been dissatisfied with the care of a doctor or hospital on the site. I am waiting to hear back from her.

ReplyDeleteI have received two emails from Debbie Longshaw today, where she got my name wrong and completely contradicted herself. She accused me of submitting more reviews that have contravened the terms and conditions of the site again. This is not true. I am still waiting for an example of a negative review of a doctor that has been allowed on the site.

ReplyDeleteI still haven't received an example of a negative review of a doctor from Debbie Longshaw. I have sumbmitted another review of Dr. Thomas Elanjithara. This is the most minimal reviews where simply state that I do not trust this doctor, this doctor did not listen to me, and I would not recommend this doctor. These statements refer directly to the questions asked about the doctor on the site- so what is the problem? I have emailed Debbie Longshaw again to ask her why my review has not been published, but she is ignoring me.
ReplyDeleteDebbie Longshaw is still ignoring me. I believe that the one positive review that Dr. Thomas Elanjithara has is a bogus one. He seemed to upset all his patients whilst I was staying at the Caludon Centre, and one lady was in floods of tears after every meeting with him.

ReplyDeleteWhy are you repeating my comments, Google?
ReplyDeleteWell it looks as though my review has been published, although I was not notified and Debbie Lonshaw has not been in touch. It looks as if Google needs to update it's rating of him.
